  • Developed and implemented a Command Line Interface (CLI) tool to streamline and automate quota management processes in the Google Cloud Platforms, reducing on-callers' time spent on quota tickets by approximately 80% and significantly improving the overall efficiency
  • Designed and executed safety checks within the CLI tool, integrating with monitoring systems to verify the feasibility of quota increases and ensure optimal resource utilization. This automation resulted in a significant decrease (of about 75%) in error rates for quota increase requests.
  • Collaborated with the project team to create a detailed design document outlining the objectives, requirements, and implementation plan for the CLI tool. Added substantial contributions to the documentation efforts, comprehensive and user-friendly documentation for the CLI tool.
